Insurance
We are in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois PPO, Aetna PPO, and United Healthcare PPO plans. For other plans, we provide a monthly superbill upon request that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
We recommend calling your insurer to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, deductible, and reimbursement rate for licensed marriage and family therapy.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of each session. We accept all major credit cards. Your card is kept on file through our secure, HIPAA-compliant payment processor.
Cancellation policy
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged a $100 cancellation fee.
